Magic Kingdom

• Plaza Ice Cream Parlor will be closed for refurbishment Jan. 4th - March 27th.
• Big Thunder Mountain Railroad will be closed for refurbishment Jan 9th - May 27th.
• Dumbo the Flying Elephant will be closed for relocation Jan. 9th - March 12th.
• The Queue for Peter Pan's Flight will undergo work from January 16 through March 6, 2012
• The Liberty Belle will be closed for a refurb from April 16th - May 21st.
• Fantasyland is currently undergoing an expansion and is scheduled to open in phases through 2013.
• Main Street Fire House is currently closed and will open early 2012 as headquarters for the new Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom interactive game.

Epcot

• Tutto Italia Ristorante at the Italy Pavilion will be closed from Jan. 8th -April 30th.
• Test Track at will close April, 2012 for a re-imagining and will re-open sometime in the Fall 2012. (Rumored dates are April 15th - Sept. 21st.)
Innoventions: House of Innoventions will be closed through May 2012 for an upgrade.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

• The Studio Backlot Tour will be closed for refurbishment from Feb. 13th - March 10th
• The Honey, I Shrunk the Kids playground will be close for refurbishment from Feb. 13th - March 10th 
• Lights, Motors, Action Extreme Stunt Show will have a short refurb from April 29th - May 2nd.  

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

• There are no current refurbishments

Downtown Disney

• Construction has begun on Splitsville, a 50,000-square-foot upscale entertainment center that combines bowling with billiards, dining, music and nightlife. Splitsville is expected to open Fall of 2012

Disney Water Parks

• Typhoon Lagoon will be closed through March 17th.

Disney Resorts

• The Piano Pool at Disney's All Star Resort will be closed for a refurbishment from Feb. 6th - March 3rd.   
• Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club will be down for a refurb from July 9th - Aug. 4th. 
• Disney’s Grand Floridian Spa at the Grand Floridian Resort will be closed until approximately March 2013. 
• The first section of Disney's Art of Animation Resort will open on May 31st with the "Finding Nemo" family suites. The "Cars" section opens in late July, and "The Lion King" section in late September. The final section, themed after "The Little Mermaid," opens late 2012.
• Royal Guest Rooms in the Magnolia Bend section of Port Orleans-Riverside Resort are currently under construction and are expected to open by mid Feb. 2012. 
• Full room refurbs of Disney's Saratoga Springs should be completed by March 2013.
• Full room refurbs of Disney's Wilderness Lodge should be completed by April 2013.
