News
- If you want to visit the ESPN Wide World of Sports, there has been a change to the service. Now, instead of picking up the bus at Disney's Hollywood Studios, service will now be provided between Disney's All Star Resorts, Disney's Pop Century, Disney's Caribbean Beach and the Wide World of Sports complex. The new route will take place, typically, from 7 am - 11 pm, dependent of events, of course.
- The pool slide at Disney's Wilderness Lodge is under refurbishment and will be closed through April 1st. The pool will remain open but for those in search of a slide, the pool at the Contemporary is available for use.
- The Ranchos quiet pool at Disney's Coronado Springs will close for refurbishment March 1st - March 13th.
- Set up has begun for the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival.
- Speaking of the Flower and Garden Festival, the Flower Power concert series artists have been announced: March 5-7: Jose Feliciano March 12-14: Paul Revere & The Raiders March 19-21: David Cassidy March 26-28: Starship featuring Mickey Thomas April 2-4: Tony Orlando April 9-11: Herman’s Hermits Starring Peter Noone April 16-18: Ricky Nelson Remembered featuring the Nelsons April 23-25: Atlanta Rhythm Section April 30-May 2: Fran Cosmo (Former lead singer of Boston) May 7-9: Davy Jones May 14 – 16: Chubby Checker & The Wildcats. The concerts take place at the American Gardens Theater at 5:15 pm, 6:30 pm, and 7:45 pm.
- Grad Nights will take place April 23rd, 24th, 30th and May 1st at the Magic Kingdom. The parks will close early those nights for the event.
Rumors
- The former Planet Hollywood store, is going to be turned into a store called D-Street. This new store will be the flagship Vinylmation store, featuring anything Vinylmation related.
